Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
- Epic certification or ability to certify and maintain certification.
- Minimum eight years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with enterprise applications and clinical/healthcare workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and diagnose problems to determine resolution.
- Gather, validate, and translate requirements into design and development specs.
- Configure, test, install, and maintain complex systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with vendors for third-party integration and support.
- Lead projects across cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
- Mentor analysts and develop best practices and standards.
