You thrive on a go-get-it attitude, enjoy learning, and are coachable. We provide 12 sourcing avenues for hot leads, ongoing training, weekly sessions, and a growth path into a leadership role within our growing real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service or real estate is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working from home and managing remote communications.
• Able to learn quickly and follow a process with coaching.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound homeowner calls and leads quickly and professionally.
• Speak with homeowners to understand their property and situation.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Qualify opportunities based on acquisition criteria.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Document conversations and lead information in the CRM.
