Creation Home Buyers is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions / Home Buying Specialist to convert qualified seller opportunities into contracts. The role is largely remote with in-person seller appointments across Northern Utah, requiring independent work from home with periodic field visits.

You will own the process from appointment through purchase agreement, maintain CRM records, and drive revenue while upholding company values and a strong seller experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spanish is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Owns the process from lead handoff to signed purchase agreement and transition to the buying team.
• Analyze property numbers and build sound offers.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up through phone, text, CRM tasks, and appointments.
