Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to follow up on leads, value homes, estimate repairs and close deals. This remote role requires in-person meetings with prospects regularly and extensive due diligence on acquisitions.

You will analyze comps, determine ARV and As-Is values, meet homeowners, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closings. Strong sales history is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas via phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
