Leica Biosystems in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist - Histology Instruments to drive territory revenue, expand market share, and place core histology instruments. You will develop and execute territory strategies, forecast performance, and strengthen customer partnerships to accelerate adoption of Leica Biosystems Core Histology solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, strategic selling experience, and proficiency with Salesforce.com; travel 50-75% and remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in strategic selling, contract negotiation, capital equipment sales, or selling in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory revenue growth and market share by executing strategic territory plans.
• Achieve annual sales objectives through disciplined funnel management and forecasting.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to expand Leica's Core Histology presence.
• Coordinate demonstrations, installations, and onboarding with Applications, Service, and Commercial teams.
• Differentiate Leica solutions using competitive intelligence and product knowledge to improve win rates.
