Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of sales or a Master’s with 3+ years, travels 50–75% overnight, and a track record in strategic selling and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s with relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and drive opportunity progression.
• Experience with strategic selling, contract negotiation, and capital equipment sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth, market share expansion, and instrument placements by developing and executing territory plans.
• Achieve annual sales objectives through funnel management, accurate forecasting, and opportunity development in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand Leica Biosystems' presence.
• Coordinate demonstrations, installations, and onboarding with Applications, Service, and Commercial teams.
• Leverage competitive intelligence and product knowledge to differentiate solutions and improve win rates.
