Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive territory revenue growth and instrument placements across the Core Histology portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to optimize workflows and deliver customer solutions in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

You will report to the Sales Manager, Core Histology, and travel 50-75% while building relationships with prospective and existing customers. A remote work arrangement within the territory is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and drive opportunity progression.
• Experience with strategic selling, contracts, and capital equipment sales.
• Strong organizational, territory planning, and time management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce.com for forecasting and pipeline health.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth and instrument placements via strategic plans.
• Meet annual sales objectives through disciplined funnel management and forecasting.
• Build relationships and expand Leica Biosystems' presence through workflow improvements.
• Coordinate demonstrations, installations, and customer onboarding with teams.
• Leverage competitive intelligence and product knowledge to improve win rates.
