Zusammenfassung

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Applications Specialist to support Core Histology customers in the Northeast. You will deliver technical training, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

This field-based role requires up to 75% travel, domestic with some international, and the possibility of remote work.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year Histology laboratory experience in clinical, research, or industrial setting.
• Understanding of Product relevant Histology marketplace or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in the optimization, operation, functionality, and support of both manual and automated core Histology and related products.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and applications expertise to support customer success, instrument utilization, workflow optimization, and commercial growth across the assigned territory.
• Deliver customer training and education programs to improve laboratory proficiency and workflow efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve complex applications-related issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer resolution.
