Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to support educational institutions with tailored technology solutions. You will work closely with sales teams and product specialists to drive the sales cycle, addressing unique challenges and optimizing the student life cycle.

The ideal candidate has significant experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of education operations, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role is remote, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with a focus on education.
• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of education operations, including student lifecycle management and financial aid.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to drive technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Understand unique challenges and goals of educational institutions.
• Articulate how Salesforce solutions align to institutional initiatives.
• Lead technical response to RFPs and proposals.
