Job summary

Post University seeks a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to advise institutional stakeholders on contracts, regulatory matters, and privacy issues for in-person and online programs. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and policy development, under the supervision of University Counsel.

The position is fully remote with limited travel. Responsibilities include international compliance, Title IX/ADA considerations, and collaboration with the legal and regulatory team to ensure

Qualifications

JD from an accredited US law school and admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
House counsel status in Connecticut is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to draft, review and negotiate contracts and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements and data privacy matters.
Provides legal advice on regulatory compliance and ethical operations.
Supports international compliance for a growing international student population.
Perform legal research and prepare educational material for institutional stakeholders.
