Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school.
• Admitted to at least one state bar; CT house counsel status may be required.
• At least two years of experience practicing law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements including vendor, technology, data privacy, and IP.
• Review external communications for regulatory compliance.
