Zusammenfassung

TEEMA is seeking two motivated recruiters to support high-volume hiring for healthcare and call-center roles under a 6-month contract. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates, and work closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive timelines.

In a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you will build strong candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews across multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Experience partnering with staffing/search agencies and networking with groups.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and multiple requisitions.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call-center roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs and timelines.
