We are seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring with AI-assisted workflows, analytics, and fast-cycle processes from sourcing through offers.

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting.
• Active use of generative AI for messaging and search parameters.
• Rely on funnel metrics to assess pipeline health.
• Ability to find passive candidates off the beaten path.
• Adaptable to shifting hiring priorities and multiple profiles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process across multiple requisitions while maintaining speed and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to write outreach, build search strings, and draft interview materials.
• Search beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter searches to uncover niche talent pools.
• Build and pull Ashby reports to monitor conversion rates and hiring velocity; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead intake calls, set calibration standards, and provide data-backed pipeline updates.
• Keep candidate profiles, stages, and communication records updated for team visibility.
