Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a High Voltage Project Detailer to perform detailed quantity takeoffs, material analysis, constructability reviews, and project detailing for high-voltage substations. This role supports preconstruction, estimating, procurement, engineering, and operations teams by developing accurate material quantities and BOMs.

The position is fully remote. Candidates should have 3–7 years in electrical construction or HV substations and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Drafting or related field preferred.
3–7 years in electrical construction or high-voltage substations.
Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and MS Excel.
Experience with estimating software and drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and bid documents.
Develop material quantity reports and BOM summaries.
Create procurement-ready material lists and track quantities.
