SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction activities for substations, transmission lines, BESS, and related power systems.

This fully remote role focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure seamless handoff from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has ~7+ years in electrical construction or HV project management and a background in substations, transmission, and renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• ~7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• ~Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for high-voltage electrical projects from concept through handoff.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk assessment.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to construction turnover.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals; ensure alignment with estimates and schedules.
