Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects, from concept to construction handoff. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role is fully remote and requires experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, BESS, and industrial power distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or PM roles.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, wind or BESS.
• Experience managing projects >$10M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for high-voltage projects (12kV–500kV+).
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
• Manage procurement strategy, risk assessment and client coordination.
