Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects nationwide.

You will manage planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, risk assessment, and client coordination from concept through handoff. The role is fully remote and requires coordinating with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to develop detailed project schedules and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction or high-voltage projects.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for high-voltage electrical projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, and internal teams throughout preconstruction.
• Oversee procurement strategies and vendor management.
• Ensure alignment between estimates, schedules, and execution plans.
