Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager for a fully remote role in the United States.

You will lead all preconstruction activities for high-voltage projects (12kV–500kV+), including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and client coordination to ensure seamless progression from concept to construction handoff. Responsibilities include coordinating deliverables, developing execution strategies, and managing procurement, schedules, and constructability reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• ~7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• Electrical codes and industry standards; ability to interpret drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects from concept through construction handoff.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy.
• Coordinate deliverables from project inception to turnover and ensure alignment with client objectives.
