Job summary

EXL Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors in the Durango, CO area and within a 100 mile radius to perform high value residential surveys for homeowners’ insurance purposes.

Work from home or an office, with the ability to schedule surveys flexibly and complete reports online. Training is available, and compensation is negotiable based on experience and job complexity.

Qualifications

• Professionally interact over the phone, via email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes as per customer guidelines.
• Identify and document construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home.

Responsibilities

• Interact with homeowners and insurance agents over phone/email/in-person.
• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual surveys within given guidelines.
• Capture measurements and evidence for replacement value and hazards.
• Report results via web-based forms on Castle website.
