Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
• A 15 hour online training course can certify you.
• Reports are web-based and completed online.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual high value home surveys as per client guidelines.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your schedule and manage accepted work assignments.
• Identify home features, obtain measurements, and document construction characteristics.
• Generate an estimated replacement value and highlight major hazards for homeowners’ insurance.
