Job summary

Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform high value home surveys from home or office within the Denver metro area and surrounding radius. You’ll conduct both virtual and site surveys for homeowners insurance purposes, coordinating schedules and delivering web-based reports.

Training is available online, and compensation is negotiable based on experience and job traits. Ideal candidates have real estate/inspection exposure, strong computer skills, and reliable

Qualifications

Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
Ability to schedule and conduct surveys in a flexible, self-directed manner.
Comfort handling web-based reports and online forms.

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual High Value Home property surveys.
Coordinate surveys within your own schedule and accept assigned work.
Identify construction materials/characteristics and unique home features.
Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
Generate an estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
Enter collected data into web-based forms via Castle website.
