Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. – Castle High Value is seeking independent contractors to perform high value residential surveys from home or office, serving Grand Rapids, Bemidji and Duluth regions within roughly 100 miles.

You will schedule and complete site-based or virtual surveys for homeowners' insurance, using web-based reports. Training is available; prior real estate or inspection experience is a plus; flexible schedules and independence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or insurance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
• Willing to complete a 15-hour online training for certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site and virtual high value home surveys.
• Coordinate surveys within your own schedule and accept assignments.
• Identify construction materials and unique features of the home.
• Generate measurements and report replacement value per client forms.
