EXL Service Holdings, Inc. is seeking self-directed Independent Contractors to perform high value residential surveys from home or office, covering the Vail, CO area and surrounding Eagle County within a 70-mile radius.

You will manage virtual and on-site surveys for homeowners' insurance purposes. Applicants with real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraisal experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally over the phone, via email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents
• Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes per customer guidelines
• Identify and document construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home
• Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home, and identify major hazards
• Communicate information gathered during on-site inspection in web-based client forms via Castle website
