Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. — Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform high-value home surveys from home or a local office for Bristol, VA and surrounding area. You'll schedule and conduct on-site or virtual assessments, coordinating within a ~70 mile territory, and submit reports online.

The role requires strong communication, basic project management, and computer skills. A 15-hour online training can certify you; compensation is negotiable by job complexity.

Qualifications

• Self-directed contractor mindset with ability to work independently.
• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction, or appraising is a plus.
• Willingness to complete a 15-hour online training course for certification.
• Strong computer skills and web-based reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual high-value home surveys.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule.
• Manage assigned surveys and report via web-based forms in Castle system.
• Identify home construction features and measure properties as required.
