Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Independent Contractor to perform residential high-value home surveys in the Aspen/Snowmass area and surrounding Pitkin County.

You will work from home or an office, taking on virtual and on-site surveys for homeowners’ insurance validation. Responsibilities include scheduling surveys, conducting measurements, documenting construction features, and generating replacement value estimates using web-based forms.

Qualifications

• Interact professionally over the phone, via email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes per customer guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and document construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home.
• Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home, and identify major hazards.
• Communicate the information gathered during on-site inspection in the provided web-based client forms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct surveys within your own schedule, managing work assignments you accept.
• Maintain solid computer skills as all reports are web-based and completed online.
• Coordinate and complete both site-based and virtual surveys for homeowners’ insurance purposes.
