Job summary

Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors to conduct high value residential property surveys from home or a local office. You will service virtual and site-based assignments in Eau Claire, WI and surrounding counties, coordinating surveys within your schedule.

The role requires experience in real estate or related fields, flexibility, and the ability to report online through Castle’s web forms. Training is available and compensation is negotiable by project.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
• A 15 hour online training course can get you certified.
• Fees are negotiable depending on experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct both site-based and virtual High Value Home property surveys.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule and report online.
• Identify construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home.
• Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate information gathered during on-site inspection in the web-based forms.
