Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive growth within its Private Client Group. You will build relationships with affluent individuals, families, and centers of influence, delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions.

You will manage a pipeline, collaborate with internal partners, and represent IOA at events to expand visibility in affluent markets. A strong network and P&C licensure are essential for success.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including experience serving High Net Worth/Private Client or affluent clientele preferred.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals, relationship management, and Centers of Influence.
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs, high-value assets, and personal risk management strategies.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional presence with the ability to establish trust and credibility with sophisticated clientele.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships while achieving sales and growth objectives.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking and referrals.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence, including wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and business leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by assessing lifestyle exposures and recommending customized insurance solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and properties to identify risks and protection gaps and propose coverage reviews.
