Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Help Desk Technician - Tier 1 for a remote, contract-based role starting July 2026. You will provide user support via phone, email or web submissions, and perform routine maintenance to resolve issues.

The position requires strong customer service, solid PC experience, and the ability to work in a team. Experience with ticketing systems, VPN or Active Directory is a plus; attendance and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via phone, email or web submits.
• Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.
• Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures.
• Track incidents and calls, including entering data into the database timely and accurately.
• May be responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly.
