Job summary

Connection is seeking a Technical Help Center IT Specialist for a contract-to-hire, remote nationwide role with benefits. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 support for corporate staff and pet care centers, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and cloud services while ensuring excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT Help Desk, basic networking knowledge, macOS experience, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years IT Help Desk experience supporting Windows/Office 365 environments.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience supporting macOS devices.
• Nice to have Zendesk, Okta, Azure or AWS experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for corporate team members and pet care centers nationwide.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, macOS, printers, network, phones, cameras, and cloud services.
• Manage and prioritize support requests in the IT ticketing system while delivering outstanding customer service.
