Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Cordial yet assertive interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and resourceful in high-stress situations.
• Self- and audience-awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from technicians and other clients.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Identify, research, and resolve client issues.
• Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with teams.

• Maintain accurate call logs and reports.
• Manage data entry and tracking across systems.
