Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from technicians in the field and other clients.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Route calls and follow up as needed; escalate issues appropriately.
• Upsell products, programs, and services to current clients.
• Complete log entries and reports; manage correspondence and data entry.
