Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a fully remote position supporting the Care Center. You will handle inbound calls from field technicians and perform outbound follow-ups with a focus on timely, accurate problem resolution.

Key responsibilities include providing product and service information, logging calls, and escalating issues as needed. A high school diploma and solid MS Office skills are required for success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete call logs and reports; manage correspondence.
• Upsell products, programs, and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records and filing systems; gather data from multiple systems.
