Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond appropriately for technicians in the field.
• Provide product and service information to callers and clients.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams with a positive, professional approach.
• Identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and conduct follow-up calls.
• Upsell products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and data entry.
• Handle documents with various office equipment and maintain records.
