Job summary

Rx Redefined is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth across a focused regional territory. You will own the top and middle of your funnel—prospecting, scheduling meetings, and delivering core demos to practice administrators and physicians.

You will partner with executive leadership for late-stage negotiations and redlines, with travel up to 50% and direct mentorship from sales leadership in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience.
• Experience prospecting and converting leads to discovery meetings and demos.
• Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and physicians.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on late-stage deals.
• Excellent CRM hygiene with accurate notes and activity logs.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-velocity prospecting to identify opportunities across your territory.
• Conduct solution demos and discovery to articulate the core value proposition.
• Close deals in collaboration with VP of Growth during late-stage negotiations.
• Self-manage travel and calendar to maintain steady qualified meetings.
• Maintain rigorous CRM deal stages, notes, and follow-ups.
