Job summary

Rx Redefined is hiring a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth across a focused regional territory. You’ll own top and middle of the funnel, source prospects, schedule meetings, and run core demos with practice administrators and physicians.

You’ll partner with the VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations, redlines, and board-level presentations, while owning travel and calendar cadence to ensure a steady flow of qualified meetings and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years outbound sales or AE experience, field-based preferred.
• Proven high-velocity prospecting and converting leads to discovery meetings.
• Experience engaging practice managers, admins, and physicians.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on late-stage deals.
• Strong CRM hygiene with accurate notes and logs.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities in your territory.
• Conduct demos and discovery to uncover practice pain points and value proposition.
• Collaborate with VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations, redlines and board meetings.
• Self-manage travel schedule and calendar to maintain a steady stream of meetings.
• Rigorously track deal stages, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
