• Develop and implement workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization strategies to maximize caregiver utilization and reduce unfilled client hours.
• Analyze workforce, recruiting, and service delivery data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed operational decisions.
