The candidate will navigate between multiple hats, supporting budgets, schedules, and executive communications while leveraging Excel, Oracle, and Monday.com in a remote-first setup from Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or construction operations.
• Strong administrative and operations management background.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex spreadsheets, tracking logs, reporting).
• Experience with project management tracking systems and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial data and compliance documentation.
• Professional communication skills for client and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Project and Portfolio Management Support: maintain the Project Implementation Plan, track allocations, manage invoice tracking, and prepare reports.
• Vendor and Procurement Coordination: review vendor pay apps, manage badging docs, track invoicing across systems, prepare PO releases.
• Administrative and Operations Support: prepare materials for weekly meetings, support procurement reviews, and produce executive reports.
