Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Operations Project Manager to support CRM implementation across healthcare operations.

This remote role focuses on the functional side of the project, ensuring business workflows are defined, requirements gathered, testing completed, and end-user readiness achieved. The ideal candidate will partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Client Services to drive go-live readiness, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver on enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience supporting business or operational initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical services, or related healthcare/life sciences environment.
• Previous experience leading or supporting the functional/business side of a CRM implementation from planning through go-live.
• Experience with UAT, workflow design, operational readiness, training, change management, and go-live activities.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional and matrixed project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare operational projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Represent the business/operations side of CRM and enterprise system implementations.
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Client Services, Compliance, Training, Quality, and other functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking, and approvals; resolve implementation concerns.
• Drive operational readiness activities including process changes, documentation, and training.
• Ensure CRM functionality aligns with workflows and end-user needs.
• Maintain PMO artifacts and status reporting.
