Qualifications

• 10+ years of Facility Management and/or Healthcare Real Estate executive leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships across different contract structures within healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive portfolio growth and manage complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive account plans for each client across varied contract structures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions in highly regulated healthcare settings.
• Own staffing and leadership development for site directors across the portfolio.
• Monitor performance, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate risks across accounts.
