Job summary

Equip, a fully virtual eating-disorder treatment program, is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to expand patient access by building strategic relationships with healthcare providers in a defined territory. This remote role combines field engagement with virtual outreach, requiring travel up to 40% and in-market presence 2–3 days per week.

You will partner with clinical leaders to drive provider referrals, manage CRM data, and plan regional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in sales or business development, healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and professional presence.
• Must reside in Texas, preferably Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Deliver patient acquisition and admissions goals with cross-department collaboration.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to track territory performance.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to penetrate markets.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
