Equip Health is hiring a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across healthcare providers in a territory. This remote role balances field engagement with virtual meetings and events to expand access to evidence-based eating disorder treatment.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, manage CRM data, and execute regional events to strengthen provider partnerships and admissions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, professional presence.

Responsabilités

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure impactful engagement and drive patient admissions.
• Manage data, outreach, and reports in a CRM to show territory performance and guide strategy.
• Plan and execute regional events that engage the target professional audience.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a solution for providers.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engagement plans with timelines.
• Coordinate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize referrals.
• Work with Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Payor Partnerships to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
