Equip, a leading virtual eating disorder treatment platform, is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to build strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations across the United States. The role blends remote work with field activity, requiring proactive engagement with providers to drive referrals and admissions.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and cross-functional teams to expand reach, educate partners, and execute regional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Experience in healthcare sales or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations with clinical leaders.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals with multiple departments.
• Manage data, outreach, and reports in CRM to show territory performance and inform strategy.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a solution for providers.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engage with actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize referrals.
• Work with marketing, clinical ops, and payor partnerships to penetrate markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
