Amcor is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to acquire new accounts in healthcare thermoformed trays. You will lead strategic outreach, contact decision makers, and convert leads into new revenue streams while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align packaging solutions with customer needs.

This role requires a proven sales track record in a large B2B setting, 60% travel, and expertise in negotiations and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a large-scale business-to-business environment
• 7+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management within the packaging industry
• Relevant experience selling thermoformed trays specific to healthcare
• Ability to travel domestically / internationally / globally 60% of time
