Revel Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead a remote team that develops and delivers IT training, supports healthcare applications, and ensures system readiness and data accuracy in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of IT workflows and HIPAA compliance, and excellent communication to coordinate with clinical, operational, and technical teams while maintaining documentation and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT operations experience.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential/training.
• Strong knowledge of IT workflows and healthcare applications.
• Experience leading remote teams and coordinating with clinical/operational groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Oversee development and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs.
• Support system stability, application readiness, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to align training with organizational needs.
• Maintain and improve documentation, workflows, training materials, and support procedures.
• Monitor team performance, manage schedules and assignments, and prioritize workloads.
• Promote a service-first culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
