Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years IT operations experience.
• Active HIPAA credential/training.
• Experience leading remote teams and training healthcare IT applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
