Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an IT professional to support outpatient applications (PACS, RIS, 3D imaging, mammo tracking, online scheduling) across multiple markets. You will participate in upgrades, migrations and ongoing maintenance of clinical systems.

The role involves troubleshooting incidents via ServiceNow, developing test plans, and collaborating with regional IT Directors to ensure radiologists' needs are met in a fast-paced, patient‑care focused environment.

Qualifications

2-3+ years in clinical application support/implementation in radiology preferred
Familiarity with PACS, HL7, RIS, and voice recognition systems preferred
Experience with incident, problem and service requests management
Experience with ticketing/service desk systems; ServiceNow a plus

Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of outpatient applications across multiple markets (PACS, RIS, 3D imaging, mammo tracking, online scheduling)
Assist implementation teams with outpatient application upgrades and migrations
Provide accurate maintenance and support for specified systems with defined SLAs
Troubleshoot incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and meet quality metrics
Develop outpatient application test plans and ensure documentation is up to date
Collaborate with Regional IT Directors and enterprise teams to fulfill radiologist needs
