Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deploy and configure Solventum products, focusing on Revenue Cycle environments, with emphasis on healthcare coding workflows and client-facing delivery. The role requires experience in software implementation, strong problem solving, and hands-on training for administrators and users.

Remote work with some travel is supported, and compensation ranges publicly for US applicants.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years direct experience supporting software or implementing software (healthcare setting preferred).
Minimum of two (2) years knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflows.
Minimum of two (2) years in a client-facing implementation role.
SQL, Windows Server and Networking familiarity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and Solventum team members to deploy and configure Solventum products and deliver project artifacts.
Lead and coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Revenue Cycle environments.
Resolve issues and manage change control with clients and internal teams.
Provide training to system administrators and end users; support go-live activities.
Develop and update educational materials, documentation, tools, and programs for implementation infrastructure.
