Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum of four years direct experience with software implementation/support (preferably in healthcare).
• Minimum of two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Minimum of two years knowledge of hospital/professional healthcare coding workflow.
• Experience with Solventum 360 Encompass/Erm products.
• EMR implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Solventum products by delivering project deliverables.
• Assess current state customer coding and visit workflows and validate future fit.
• Lead and collaborate with clients to configure, test, and validate environments.
• Lead issue resolution and change control with clients and internal teams.
• Train system admins and end users on Solventum products; lead testing and go-live support.
