Job summary

Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on solving big challenges and empowering healthcare professionals. The Product Value Specialist will promote Solventum solutions to hospitals and clinics, train staff, and ensure proper implementation and adoption of products across accounts.

The role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals, territory management, and travel up to 70%, with remote work allowed in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and four years of experience in medical device, medicine, nursing, health sciences, healthcare, marketing in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Expert clinical experience, updated knowledge of operating room environment, and solid understanding of medical products and technologies.
• Knowledge of hospital supply management processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducting visits within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions to present and promote our products, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing staff.
• Implementing account management by mapping physicians and procedures in assigned accounts, maximizing the potential of each account, and understanding needs and expectations.
• Promoting the proper use and sale of Solventum solutions by presenting medical devices, highlighting benefits and technical features, and supporting tender opportunities.
