Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deploy and configure Solventum products for healthcare clients. You will assess current workflows, lead configuration efforts, and validate the future state against project goals.

The role requires several years of software implementation experience in healthcare, strong client-facing skills, and IT infrastructure knowledge. Remote work with travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, plus 4+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Minimum of three years direct experience with software support or software implementation.
• Minimum of two years working knowledge of hospital or professional healthcare coding workflows.
• Two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Experience with Solventum 360 Encompass is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team to deploy and configure Solventum products.
• Lead testing and go-live support.
• Configure, test, and validate Revenue Cycle environments.
• Provide training to system admins and end users.
• Develop and update educational materials and documentation.
